Jenni Bock is our Client Services Specialist at M2 Financial Group. She brings a strong background in finance from her time as a Business Support Specialist at Wells Fargo. Jenni Bock previously worked with Jenny Nelson in the hospitality industry, which led her to join the Financial Group in March 2022.
In her role, Jenni provides dedicated support to both our team and our clients, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish. She manages day-to-day service requests, maintains and updates client records, processes and verifies financial transactions, and prepares the necessary documentation for account maintenance. Jenni’s attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service help ensure that clients’ needs are met accurately and efficiently.
Jenni lives in Maple Grove, Minnesota with her husband, Kyle, and their three daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, spending time at their camper in Crosby, exploring state parks, and making the most of Minnesota’s lake life.
