Kaitlyn Holmbeck joined M2 Financial Group in March 2024 as a Client Service Specialist. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Planning and Insurance. Kaitlyn combines her financial knowledge with strong organizational skills and a genuine passion for helping others to provide exceptional support to both clients and advisors.
In her role, Kaitlyn assists M2’s financial advisors by managing client communications, maintaining accurate account information, processing documentation, and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently. She takes pride in being a dependable resource for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, precision, and care. Kaitlyn’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of the M2 team and its continued success.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn resides in Minnetonka, Minnesota. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing at her cabin up north, and attending country concerts. Whether she’s helping clients, supporting advisors, or enjoying the outdoors, Kaitlyn brings a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm to everything she does.
